Evangeline the cuddle bug

Oh the joys of living in Colorado! One day its 80 degrees and you're wearing shorts and a tank top and the next day it's 30 degrees and snowing! Ugggggh so frustrating!

Anyway, we went to the park this weekend and Vangie made some friends. Of course they were little boys... the boys just LOVE her! And she doesn't mind getting rough and dirty with the boys too. We're in trouble :) She is getting more adventurous when we are at the playground too.. she wants to play on the "big kids" equipment which scares me to death. She likes to climb up these steep ladder things that are taller than I am.... but I let her do it... she's gotta learn sometime!

Other than Evangeline growing up WAY too quickly for my liking, I must note that she still does enjoy the cuddle time with mommy. She will sometimes cuddle with daddy, but she's definitely a mommas girl.. and I'm OK with that! I know there will come a day when she will be embarrassed to be seen with me so I am embracing every minute of it that I can. We normally cuddle on the couch before bed and I make sure to ALWAYS give her lots of hugs and kisses... I probably tell her that I love her about a gazillion times a day. That's OK too though :) Also, her and Zoey are getting along MUCH better these days. Not that they really had an issue before, but now that Evangeline can play more, Zoey loves it! Every night they wrestle with each other and I do have to yell at both of them occasionally to stop being SO rough... someones gonna get hurt! Zoey likes to pin Evangeline down and lick her face... Evangeline squeals which makes Zoey revved up even more. Evangeline pulls Zoey around the house by her "necklace" (her collar) and then decides to jump on her. I love it! Its like having 2 kids already (3 of you count Drew... which I do).
